Luciano (Paolo) Nesi, a father, brother, and a Sommelier, Restaurateur, and globetrotter, has been opening restaurants across Asia and in Rome. As a Sommelier and certified WSET instructor, his courses and articles focus on wine and food. Big-hearted, Paolo earned his Italian Cavaliere al Merito della Stella d'Italia in the Philippines as an Ambassador of Italian food, culture, and empathy for all.

Riding since a kid, Paolo has taken us through the Bolivian salt plains and riverbeds, congested Indian urban alleyways, and the Australian outback, among many other exciting landscapes and terrains

Diehard traveller Sirpa Jarvenpaa is a mother, sister and an Economist with an international career in development finance, who has lived in Sweden, Laos, the Philippines, Fiji, Italy, South Korea, Papua New Guinea, and Thailand, and now on the road. She navigated us across half the world and, with an unquenched thirst for more travel, champions journeys through remote landscapes and diverse cultures.
